About the Event

We're not able to control the events that are happening around us. However, it is now, more than ever, when we need to leverage the power of our mind (and mindset) to adapt to these circumstances by individually developing habits and strategies that will motivate us in these unprecedented times. The goal of this webinar is to provide context around these strategies.

Practicing gratitude, forming good habits and focusing on the things that we can control are essential pieces to moving us forward. It sounds simple, but it's not easy for everyone to proactively adopt. Understanding the difference between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind is a critical place to start. Then ensuring that the negative news of today doesn’t influence both parts of the mind is what mitigates poor performance in all aspects of life. It’s times like these we have to choose the thoughts that we become emotionally involved in and align ourselves with goals that are inspiring – but how do we do that? I'll leave you with the tools you can use to feel more comfortable, focused and empowered.
