Before F4Marketing, Melissa served in executive roles with Mattel Toys, AOL/Time Warner, Limited Brands, UnionsTools/Ames True Temper, and Newell Rubbermaid. She has evolved and grown brands including Disney, Nickelodeon, Razor-Back, Anchor Hocking, and Bath & Body Works.
Melissa is adept at positioning businesses for success through consumer insights, differentiation, and targeting and then growing those businesses with smart PR, social, content, advertising, and promotional strategies. Additionally, Melissa has taught MBAs & undergraduates at both OSU and Otterbein.
