About the Event
CWS members will be encouraged to think about their specific needs when working with their boss, and with their employees if they are leading others. There are many variables to consider in this relationship, so all parties get what they want out of their work experience and relationship.
Considering the other side of the work relationship is important. If you are a leader, you know leading people can be difficult. If you are not in a traditional leadership role, you still lead. You lead yourself, your life, and what you bring to the work environment - you are part of the experience.
As part of this interactive presentation by Dana Vogelmeier, we will consider ourselves first and listen to relevant and impactful content from Rachel Hollis, a leading author, blogger and motivational speaker. We will be sure to leave time to share our questions and experiences!
